These terms cover your use of bonaventuredesign.com. By using the site, you agree to them. "We" and "us" mean Bonaventure Design, owned and operated by David Brindle in Elizabethtown, Kentucky.
These terms are about the website only. Design, development, hosting and care plan work is covered by the written proposal or agreement for that project. If a proposal and these terms ever disagree, the proposal wins.
Information on this site
We work to keep this site accurate, but it's a general description of what we do, not an offer or a quote. Prices, plans and services can change. The price you pay is the one in your written proposal or current invoice.
Our work and our content
The text, design, illustrations and code of this site belong to Bonaventure Design. You're welcome to link to any page, and to quote short passages with credit. Please don't copy the site's design, drawings or text for your own use without asking.
The portfolio shows work we've done for clients. Those websites, logos, names and printed pieces belong to their owners and are shown here as examples of our work. Any trademarks on this site belong to their owners.
Using the site
Please don't use the site in a way that harms it or other people. That includes trying to break into it, overloading it, sending spam through its forms, or using it to send anything unlawful.
Forms and messages
When you send us a form, you're telling us the information is yours to share and that we may contact you about it. Sending a form doesn't create a contract or a client relationship. That starts when we both accept a written proposal. How we handle what you send is covered by our privacy policy.
